Acceptable use
AI Studio is for legitimate creative, educational and commercial use — illustrations, product mockups, thumbnails, restyled photos and similar. You must not use it to create, and we do not permit:
- Sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor, in any style — this is never allowed under any circumstance.
- Explicit sexual or pornographic content of any kind.
- Images of a real, identifiable person that are sexual, defamatory, or made to deceive (deepfakes) without that person's consent.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm, terrorism or hate.
- Content that promotes discrimination or hatred against a person or group based on protected characteristics.
- Instructions or imagery intended to facilitate illegal activity (weapons, drugs, fraud, forged documents, and so on).
- Impersonation of a real business, brand or public figure intended to mislead.
Breaching these rules can result in the specific request being blocked, and repeated or serious violations can lead to loss of access to AI Studio and, where appropriate, your Click Master account.
How content is checked
Every image request goes through more than one layer of checking before an image is created or shown:
- Automatic prompt screening. Requests are checked against OpenAI's moderation system (the same provider that generates the image) before generation is attempted, and the image model itself is configured to refuse disallowed requests.
- Our own filter. We also run a fast check on the wording of your request for the most obvious rule-breaking content (for example sexual content involving minors, or explicit sexual content) and block it immediately with no image generated and no credit charged.
- Human review. Because the public Community Gallery is visible to everyone, reported or flagged images can be reviewed and removed by our team, and repeat offenders can lose access.
Public gallery & privacy
What happens to an image you create depends on your plan:
- Free plan. Your image is shown publicly in the Community Gallery with a small Click Master badge, unless we tell you otherwise on screen at the time, so other visitors can see what AI Studio can do. You are asked to confirm you understand this each time you generate an image.
- AI Creator (paid) plan. Your images are private by default — they are not shown in the Community Gallery, carry no Click Master mark, and appear only in your own My Gallery.
- How long images are kept. Free images are deleted automatically after 7 days. Images made with AI Creator, or unlocked with a one-off payment, are kept for 30 days. Download anything you want to keep.
- One-off unlock. On the free plan you can also pay a small one-off fee (currently £0.99) to unlock a single image without a subscription. Unlocking gives you the badge-free full-size original and makes it private.
Do not upload photographs of other people without their permission — you're responsible for having the right to use any image you upload as a starting point.
Copyright & ownership
Your uploads. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any photo you upload for editing, restoring or restyling. Do not upload other people's copyrighted photography, art or trademarked material without permission.
What the AI can produce. The image model will decline or alter requests that closely target real, well-known copyrighted characters, brands, logos or living artists' recognisable styles by name. Requesting "in the style of [a specific famous artist or brand]" can still produce something too close to protected material — that risk sits with you, not with us, if you go on to use the result commercially.
Who owns the result. As between you and Click Master Academy, we do not claim ownership of images you create, and you're free to use your own AI Creator (private) results commercially, including on shops such as Etsy — subject to the acceptable use rules above.
A legal note on AI and copyright. Copyright law around purely AI-generated images is still developing and varies by country. In several jurisdictions (including the UK and US), a work generated with little or no human creative input may not qualify for copyright protection at all, meaning it could be freely copied by others. If you make substantial creative edits, combine AI output with your own artwork, or use it as one element of a larger original work, that additional human authorship generally strengthens any copyright claim. We're not able to give legal advice on your specific situation — if copyright protection matters for a commercial product, consider getting independent legal advice.
Reporting a problem
If you see a Community Gallery image that shouldn't be there, or you believe your own photo or copyrighted work was used without permission, please contact us with a link or description of the image and we'll review it promptly.
